This winter, Merchant Roots closes its doors and becomes something else: an old-world perfumer's house. A perfume is hidden within, scattered across twelve unexpected courses and several rooms, with each room holding its own part of the secret. 

You won't sit in one place for long.

This limited production runs for five weeks. Produced by Edible San Francisco, featuring a scent-driven menu by Merchant Roots and a custom perfume composed with Ministry of Scent. Wine, cocktails, and zero-proof pairings are available for those who wish to add them.
